Privacy Policy

The short version: Daybook does not collect, store, or share any personal information. It has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no internet access. Everything you put in it stays on your phone.
Who we are
Daybook is made by Iron Pixel Games, published on Google Play under the developer name Iron Pixel Games Studio. You can reach us through the contact section at ironpixelgames.com.
What the app stores on your device
The app keeps the things you type into it, in its own private storage on your phone:
- Your planner entries: what, when, notes, and whether they are done.
- Your alarms: time, label, repeat days, snooze and vibration choices.
- Your settings: the look you picked, your colours, and how the background is faded and blurred.
- If you choose a photo as a background, a resized copy of that one photo is saved inside the app's private folder. No other photos are read.
None of this leaves your device. It is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage. If your phone is set to back up app data through Android's own backup service, that copy is handled by Google under Google's terms, not by us.
What we do not do
- We do not collect names, email addresses, contacts, location, device identifiers, or any other personal data.
- We do not use analytics, crash reporting, or tracking of any kind.
- We do not show advertisements.
- We do not share any data with third parties, because there is none to share.
- The app does not request the internet permission at all, so it cannot send anything anywhere.
Permissions, and why each one exists

| Keep the screen awake briefly | Lighting the screen while the alarm rings. |
Choosing a background photo uses Android's photo picker, which hands the app only the single image you select. The app never needs, and never asks for, access to your photo library.
Children
Daybook is a general-purpose planner suitable for everyone. Because it collects no data at all, it collects no data from children either.
Feedback on our website
The feedback form on the Daybook page is separate from the app. Anything you type there, including an email address if you choose to give one, is sent to us so we can read it and reply. We do not use it for anything else and we do not share it.
Changes to this policy
If the app ever changes in a way that affects your privacy, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change. The current version always lives at ironpixelgames.com/apps/daybook/privacy/.
