The Game

Something is loose on the network. It started with pop-ups. Then the worms came, then the ransomware, then things nobody had a name for. Every kill pays a bounty. Spend it on people, firewalls and machines you build yourself — and keep going, because the next threat level is always worse.

01Three armies, four damage types Hire twenty kinds of staff, deploy twenty kinds of network appliances, and fill racks with computers. Each deals its own kind of damage, and every virus family shrugs some of it off. A lopsided firm stalls; a balanced one keeps climbing.
02Build computers from real parts Pick a board — Micro, ATX, Server or Blade — and fill the slots. CPUs must match the socket, memory must match the DDR standard, and the power supplies have to cover the draw. Or press Auto-spec and let the bench pick the best rig you can afford.
03A Tech Store in its own window Processors, graphics cards, memory, NVMe drives, PSUs, motherboards, chassis, routers and switches. A new hardware generation ships every four threat levels, and hourly deals take 25–30% off.
04Grow a datacenter Staff need desks, appliances need network ports, computers need rack space. Lease office floors, stack switches, buy racks — then pull old rigs, strip them for parts and rebuild with this year’s silicon.
05APT bosses and the Quarantine Vault Every fifth level a named APT arrives with a thirty-second timer. Beat it and it might leave one of thirty legendary specimens behind for the Vault — permanent bonuses that level up with every duplicate.
06Research, contracts and automation Spend intel in the Lab on multipliers, new platforms, abilities and robots that hire, deploy and build for you. Sign timed contracts with hospitals, banks and satellite operators — some pay in prototype parts from future generations.
07Sell the company Hit a wall? Sell the firm for Reputation, start over with a famous name, and spend it on the Board: seed capital, veteran staff, vendor loyalty, head starts. Each sale takes you further than the last.
08Keeps working while you’re away Close the tab and the night shift carries on at 10% of your income (up to 25% with upgrades) for twelve hours. Contracts finish on the clock whether you’re watching or not.

Early on you click. Later the firm runs itself.

How to play

  1. Press Play Now and name your firm. Nothing to install and no account.
  2. Click the virus to run manual scans. Each kill pays credits and intel.
  3. Hire an Intern as soon as you can afford one — within a minute your staff out-earn your clicking.
  4. Clear ten viruses to move up a threat level. At level 3 the network opens; open the Tech Store and Workshop to start building computers.
  5. Watch the chips under each virus: build up whichever damage type the current families are weak to.
  6. When progress slows to a crawl, sell the company on the Board tab and come back stronger.
